I inspected the construction of my unit and the answer is no, you cannot change the door to open on the other side.

No, not this model. The door is attached to the hinges on the left side, and handle is to the right. Cant be changed. You should ask a BB rep to check to see if a "right swing" door is available. Meaning, a door that has a handle on the left side and opens to the right. Sounds like that is what you are looking for. Good luck!

No the door cannot be reversed. It is not symmetrical. The controls and the corresponding wires are in the door and routed through the hinge.
