Hi Jerome, while the size is compatible, with the Built In Microwave cutout being 22 1/4, and can be installed over in it's own space, it will not mount. We hope this helps.

Please try again later.I don't know about the microwave you reference, but I just installed the KitchenAid 24" single wall oven in a cabinet I built for it with an LG 24" countertop microwave slid into the shelf mounted right above it. Photo shows detail of the framing and shelf before the final trim goes in between and around the appliances to tie them together. There's a cabinet below the oven and another will be installed above the microwave to finish off the tower.
