Yes, the oven is self-clean. It is a long cycle of 270 minutes but it is very clean. I had left an aluminum baking sheet that was dirty and that came out clean as well.

Yes, both the upper and lower oven are self cleaning. However I would suggest you remove the racks prior to cleaning.
