Love the oven. Some reviews talked about excessive heat coming out the bottom of the oven.. Nothing worth talking about. Lights inside are awesome. First time cooking with the convection and love the way it chars meats on broil convection. Very easy controls. Installation was a bit of a nightmare. Stove comes with a 10 gauge whip that really isn't long enough to attach to a below stove box. I had to run a wire to the cabinet above. Also had questions about 10 gauge whip on a 40 amp service with a warning sticker saying ONLY USE 8 Gauge wire.. Got ZERO help from Best Buy, Kitchen Aid wasn't much help either. Found it's ok through online forums.

Moved into current house almost two years ago and it came with a Kitchen Aid 27" double oven. Quit working right before Thanksgiving and while we tried to fix it, the 30 year old oven was adamant on staying broken. Bit the bullet and ordered this new KitchenAid oven and so far it's been fantastic. Installation was done through BestBuy and went very smooth. So far the oven seems to work flawlessly and while it wasn't cheap, I'm glad we made the decision to get the new one. Wife is much happier now that she has an oven, and of course that makes my life infinitely better.

I love it! It bakes 3 racks of cookies evenly. All cookies were perfect. I can put stuff on all racks at same time nothing burns . Nice oven lights makes it easy to see inside. Racks are super smooth. It was more expensive than cheaper models but it is so worth the extra . Large window to see . Beautiful

We haven’t had it very long and installation took some modifications, but it is beautiful. We haven’t tried all the features, but what we have tried works well. I love the blue interior and the gliding racks. So far so good. A little pricey so I waited for a sale.

Love the look inside(blue) and out (s/s) easy programming and all the racks it came with. Just wish they were coated racks.

Easy to buy with Best Buy; Easy to schedule install; Installers sent a pre-install checklist to ensure that moving equipment would work smoothly; they came on time, finished the installation and cleaned up and left to the best of their ability. Very satisfied with Best Buy's product support, installation and buying experience! We purchased the Kitchen Aid double wall oven that was an exact replacement for a 30 year old JennAir. The new appliance had to be shimmed and adjusted against the old opening in our cabinet.

With intuitive touch controls, this double convection wall ovens unit provides excellent, even heating. My family's especially impressed with the fine baking results. The large windows and very bright interior lighting make it easy to check on progress without having to open the doors.

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the kitchen aid double ovens! I am a baker and I can fit a total of 6 cookie sheets at once with an even bake throughout. Not only are they beautiful but they work great.

Kitchen aid build in doubleoven. Its attractive and is nice. However, we've noticed it seems to take longer to cook things than what the recipe states. We didn't have this issue with our old kitchen aid oven.

We got our KitchenAid oven delivered just before Thanksgiving. We were limited to 27" oven, but there is so much space. each oven has 3 racks. And we wanted BOTH ovens to be Convection ovens. Love the thermometer that measures internal meat and cooks accordingly.

It’s a beautiful appliance, works fine. Only complaint really is how long it takes to preheat. It’s a little ridiculous.

I believe I have a second defective oven. First one came in dented and with an electrical problem. Second one seemed fine until I used the self cleaning oven. The entire glass is brown and gold stained. My glass wasn’t even soiled or stained. My new oven looks horrible. I couldn’t call on New Years Day, however I will reach out today. This has been a horrible experience. I lost $900 worth of food for a very special catered dinner. I was offered a $350 gift card which was never sent. I had to call and only then did they realize it wasn’t mailed. This is not the way I’m used to working. It’s been a disaster.

Excellent oven . The Best Buy installation was right on. Very satisfied with Best Buy support . Operating the Kitchen Aid oven is very simple ! Completely satisfied!

This oven looks good, cooks good and learning how to use it was easy. It was an easy replacement of a 20 year old Maytag. Hopefully it will last as long. My wife thought it was expensive but she quickly forgot about that. I made a rolling dolly of the right height of the oven cabinet to remove the old oven. The delivery guys set the KitchenAid right on the dolly (delivery took all of 8 minutes). I then was able to push the oven into the cabinet, connect the cable and secure everything in less than an hour. The only complaint is that somewhere between the factory and my house someone had used a hand truck to lift the oven from the rear and that resulted in bent sheet metal. I didn't notice this until after the delivery guys left but I didn't consider it functional damage. Besides, once in the cabinet you can't see the back.

This double convection oven is the best oven we have ever owned. It cooks evenly and cleans easily. It is beautiful inside and out. The touch controls are easy to understand and operate. BOTH ovens are convection! It has a total of 6 heavy duty racks (3 in each oven) and one in each oven is ball bearing slide out! That makes it very easy to remove items from the oven, or check to see how the cooking is going for those items that need to be checked for "Doneness". The inside of the ovens are a beautiful blue enamel finish which makes clean up a breeze. The elements are on top, leaving the bottom easy to access and clean. There are two recessed lights in each oven, lighting from the side with no shadows. We simply love this appliance!!!

We are very pleased with this oven. The controls were difficult in the beginning, in fact, we are still learning new features, but once you learn them, they are convenient, accurate, and give you many options. We have baked, used convection, and broiled and are very pleased with all. The installation was easy. It is heavy, so it took both my husband and son to lift into position, but after that, the install was as simple as plugging in because an outlet already existed from the old oven we removed. My husband had to increase the opening with a long router bit, but it wasn't complicated. The look is beautiful and sleek.

This is a beautiful oven. Black stainless looks so good. I had an old one that was just electric. Convection is so much better. So easy to use, after I read the user manual. Nice features such as the ability to set the oven to bake later in the day.

These ovens are amazing. They come with racks that glide in and out. Nothing like my old oven, where sometimes spills happened just pushing the rack in. The blue interior is wonderfully lit. The ovens have consistent heating temps. I'm still getting used to the many operation choices but I'm getting more proficient quickly. The ability to upper bake and lower broil simultaneously allows for quicker meal preparation. You can use convection cooking and electric cooking independently in each oven. I've wanted double ovens for a long time and I'm very pleased with my KitchenAid selection.

Man...did I make major points with my wife when I purchased these double convection ovens for my wife. She has put them into quick use with holiday cooking. These ovens definitely carry the WOW factor!!! Everyone that has seen them has that, " double oven eye envy". She is in ecstasy!!!

Replaced my old double oven with these. After a slight learning curve (no knobs, all controls operate by touch) I am pleased to give this unit 5 stars. Easy to keep clean; great slide-out racks; convection baking in both cuts baking time; and, an automatic probe for roasting to the exact temperature you want! Great product!
