A: An installation service is provided through an outside contractor. Best Buy sends an adviser to your home at no charge to measure, in order to estimate what the installation cost will likely be; however, the amount can vary depending on what the installers find after they remove your old ovens. In my case, even though I was replacing an old pair of ovens with the same make, the size of the space required for the new ones was not large enough to accommodate them. The installers charge by how many cuts they need to make. I had to spend more than I expected on the installation, around $350, to enlarge the space by about 1.75" in width and an inch in height. It was expensive, but they did do a very neat job. The new unit is perfectly centered.
