“A lot of heat comes out the bottom of oven when operating, is that normal? And the cooling fan is loud and high pitched, this is first week operating, a Response would be appreciated.”

Heat coming out of the bottom of the oven is good! This is the feature that gives an even circulation all around the item being baked in the oven, The fan can be heard when it operates, meaning that it is doing it's designed job of "even temperatures".
