Q: QuestionIs the downdraft (at 300 cfm) powerful enough for stir fry? Is there concern of food crumbs falling into the downdraft? Is there a filter inside blocking food from falling deep down?

• A:Answer Just recently installed mine and a stir fry was one of my first preparations; the downdraft worked fine for me. You are subject to drop crumbs and small utensils into the downdraft but clean out is no problem if you use the filter. With filter in place, I don't see how anything could drop deep down.
