• absolutely. These can work well as front LR speakers for TV. All you need is an AVR and couple of speaker stands. Ideal for small to medium rooms

• I bought mine for a stereo system, but these have excellent clarity - little sound distortion. I didn't appreciate how loud they were playing until I tried to talk to someone. They are built to handle a well powered receiver, if needed. Add a sub-woofer and should make for great TV sound.
