Done all that. Now i'm wondering if the charging point contacts are dirty . i will clean them and try charging it again . I have a feeling it's not getting fully charged .

I've cleaned all the brushes and pulled any hair stuck in the mouth. Still does it. Am now wondering if the contacts at the charging points are clean and that it may not be charging enough this it shutdown. So I'll clean that area and charge it again.

Mine did that and it had some string and hair wrapped around the brush post. Pull brush completely out and check the ends
