QuestionI just bought mine used without a manual. I programmed it... I think, but when i put it up to the charger to charge, it beeps. What is it trying to tell me?

- Answer There is a side switch on the side of the robot vacuum (two inches to the right of the charging prongs located at the back of the robot). This switch needs to be in the “ON” position while charging and in use. If in the “OFF” position while on the docking station or directly plugged into the AC adaptor, it will not charge properly.

QuestionThe vacuum cleaner does not return to the charging station when the battery is low/weak. When the battery is low it just stops wherever it is. Does it return only when the double clean is selected?

QuestionI bought this RV351 vacuum used. Now I see why the owner sold it to me. It won't hold a charge because the battery is bad and I can't find anyone who carries them. What a piece of junk.

- Answer you can order batteries online. Just type in the name and model number and you will find. Amazon.ca also carries batteries

- Answer The button with 2 will do 2 cycles. As in: run until battery spent, recharge, run again, recharge.

QuestionWhen power button is pushed the unit moves about 8 inches and stops. I contacted you previously and you sent a new battery. I replaced the battery but it still moves about 8 inches and stops. The wheels and roller brush and side brushes all move.

Questioncharged unit overnight, went to use it, it lasted 30 seconds and red light went on and stopped working. should the red light be flashing when its charging? it doesn't manual says when red light comes on it needs to be charged, cant tell if its charging

- Answer the battey is not charging up fully and no one sells the battery so it is a throw away item.
