• No. I think you get some free software with purchase (but it might be a different brand) and it is only for about a year.

• Yes..... ish.. I spent the first 15 minutes of time with my Yoga getting rid of the bloatware. It all came off. I think super fish was on there but it came off without jumping through any hoops.
