“I need to have 3 to 4 Google maps screens open at the same time while routing out my stops for the day will this computer handle that without lagging also with 2 to 4 apps running at the same time will there be any lag.”

No. This is an entry level, light use system with its Intel Celeron processor. It is not meant for multi-tasking.
