• Yes it plays fortnite at a fairly decent framerate. As to what happens if a cat pees on it, well, I wouldn't want to find out.

• Yes fortnite's min requirements are an i3 processor, 4GB memory(RAM), and windows 10. Sorry but I do not know about your cat problem
