With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

To click the mouse you push down on the lower left and\or lower right hand corners. This Lenovo is not all the sensitive in comparison to my 17 inch other brand laptop. I am able to use the keyboard without the arrow moving around and without the computer flipping through pages just as long I do not have my wrists laying on the mouse pad. It is easier for me to use a regular mouse than the mouse pad on the laptop. I have gotten use to using a regular mouse. I have not gotten use to using the mouse pad on a laptop. It takes time to get proficient using the mouse pad on the laptop. You can buy a wireless mouse to use with your laptop. I had to buy a keyboard and mouse to use with my 17 inch other brand laptop due to the sensitivity of the area around the mouse pad.
