You and the caller must have Google Duo app installed. Go into your home app, find your hub, go to settings, click duo video setup and follow the instructions.

Important: If you already use Duo, make sure you connect your Google Account to your Duo phone number in the Duo app on your phone before following these steps.
1.Open the Google Home app Google Home.
2.At the bottom, tap Home .
3.Tap your Smart Display and then Settings, Settings and then Duo video calling.
4.Follow the steps.
