Please try performing a factory reset on the device by holding down the “Volume + and – ” buttons on top of your device for 8 Seconds. If you still have no power to the device it is possible you need a replacement adapter. The part # is SA18C27239. We recommend contacting Geek Squad with this information to order a new one.
