Yes it does work for Zoom meetings with the built in camera. That is exactly what my daughter needed it for also. The picture is a dimmer and less colorful than a more expensive Chromebook or laptop but the price is fair. The antenna for picking up wifi signal is stronger than all my fancy cell phones and that keeps zoom meetings from being dropped which is very important. I would recommend it especially as a backup.
