Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I placed on order for a Lenovo chromebook on the Best Buy website in early December 2020. The first email I received listed the status as received my order. The second email I received was my order had shipped. The third email I received listed my order as " delayed " This was an On Trac delivery website. So when I was able to look the definition " delayed " on the On Trac website it meant some event prevented the product from shipping. I tried to call On Trac and they were busy so I was told by their automated telephone system to press 1 and they would call me back. But they never called back. So I continued to monitor the status of my order on the Best Buy website. Each day after I called On Trac I would trak my order and On Trac would push the delivery time out 1 day. And They keep doing this until on Dec 19 the status was listed as " shipped and delivered. I did not receive the product. Checked my porch, mailbox and the side of my house and not a sight of my product. Called Best Buy got a case number and Best Buy is investigating. This product was meant to be a Christmas present ! Very disappointed !
