“I have a Lenovo H50-55 with a 180w power supply in it. I just upgraded the graphics with the Nvidia 710. I am wanting to upgrade the power supply now to the best I can fit in there that the mother board will support and there is room for inside. Help pls.”

This comment is old but if you’re still trying to upgrade it, over the summer I bought a 550w cooler master psu and a $6 24 pin to 14 pin adapter from amazon to make it compatible with the motherboard. It is a tight squeeze but it works well with my Gigabyte RX560 and now I can play overwatch on high at 80 fps. You should’ve upgraded the power unit first though.
