With only 2gb RAM, is this computer slow null

This computer uses Windows 10 Home 32-bit version. 2GB of RAM is adequate. This is an entry level system. It is meant for light use. With an SSD file recall and boot up of the system is very fast.

This PC is fast for only 2 GB of RAM.
