• Hi, JPollard. Yes, you should be able to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro. Regarding storage expansion, this system could accommodate more, but the maximum capacity for storage tested for this model is as follows: one M.2 2280 1TB SSD, two 3.5" HDD, up to 2TB each.
