Based on the product specifications reference (PSREF), the Lenovo - IdeaCentre 3 model 90VT008MUS has one HDMI® port version 2.1; HDMI 2.1 is fully backward compatible. This means that if you have a device that does not support HDMI 2.1, it will still work with a 2.1 cable. However, it will not offer the enhanced sound and video of 2.1 — it will only provide the performance of the HDMI version that the device has.
