Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.take it back, I had the same issue but it's because they didn't supply the usb flash that connects to the computer. you should have a small flash drive looking piece that synchronizes the keyboard and mouse to the screen

To try to resolve this, first, ensure that the battery terminals are clear of obstruction. Second, ensure that the USB transceiver that is housed in the mouse next to the battery slot is removed and placed into any USB-A port on your AIO. Also, check that the power switches for both the mouse and keyboard are set to on.
