Sure you could "download" the program, but don't even consider USING Photoshop on this unless you're a hardcore masochist... And it also has very limited internal storage capacity that is "upgradeable" only using SD cards. For your purposes, you need a "real" laptop, either with more RAM than this comes with (and it is not upgradeable), or at least one that CAN be upgraded, and a proper hard drive or SSD rather than "hardwired" eMMC storage this machine uses (which again, is also not upgradeable). This is fine for limited Web surfing, word processing, minor photo editing, etc. Best to think of it as an "advanced tablet" with a keyboard...
