“I want to get this for my mom so she can set up a facebook account and get in touch with family/friends etc. I saw another question and it said it was extremely slow for internet? Would this be the case or it should be fine for that?”

A lot of the reviews say it is slow but I just purchased it today and it is running faster than ever. It should be perfect for your mom to use for social media browsing and even shopping online!
