Free Lenovo Tech Support is for hardware OEM issues only as part of your limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty. For Windows 10 setup and support Lenovo recommends Best Buy Geek Squad Support through your local Best Buy Store location. We recommend you call your local Best Buy location for more information about computer software services provided by your local Geek Squad Agent.
