No sound on my laptop null

Be sure that your system speakers are off mute. Hold down the Fn Key and tap the HotKey in the F1 position on your keyboard. This toggles the system audio on/off. Then try holding down the Fn Key and tapping the HotKey in the F3 position on your keyboard to increase system audio volume up. I had no issues with sound on my laptop. My kids used for online learning and they were easily able to navigate with speakers and headphones.
