Please try again later.Be sure the software/game is compatible with Windows 10 S-Mode Operating System, or, if you have switched to Windows 10 Home Operating System, be sure the software/game is compatible with Windows 10. You may need to uninstall the software/game, the restore the computer back to original factory settings. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.
