QuestionI know we are all awaiting some more info on a stylus. The only USI stylus around right now is the HP pen, and its sold out basically everywhere. Can we get a little more info in the meantime, like will the Staedtler Noris EMR Chromebook stylus work?

The Lenovo Duet Chromebook will ship with the Chrome Operating System and is compatible with the Google Play Store and Chrome Web Store APPs. We recommend you check with the specific software publisher's web site of the software you want to use, for their compatibility with the Chrome operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

- Answer According to Lenovo's website and every review I have seen, the actual Google Chrome support for this Tablet is 8 years. Not 6.5 years. I have no idea what the standard software support is for Chromebooks or Chrome Tablets but I know the 1st answer here said 6.5 years, but I am pretty sure it is 8 years.

QuestionDuet screen dims and brightens by itself--seems to be a light sensing issue. Changing the following setting to disabled does NOT solve the problem chrome://flags/#auto-screen-brightness. Is there another setting somewhere? This is super annoying. Thx.

- Answer I am facing same issue, it's screen keeps dimming & brightening frequently which is very annoying. Purchased device from Tata cliq, very poor customer support from lenovo service centre and Tata Cliq. Still issue not resolved

QuestionScreen dims off & on by itself. Is it supposed to or a defect? My battery left time jumps wildly. Started full charge w/ 14 hrs left. In minutes went to 17:48 left, 20:27, 12:34 left, 13:13, 14:13, 19:29, 19:34, 20:32, 16:41, 21:42 then 22:12 left. Why??

- Answer Hello, I can assist you with this. The Auto Dim is a setting within Chrome. To disable this Open chrome and type the following into the address bar chrome://flags/#auto-screen-brightness. From there you can change the setting from Default to Disabled. This should disable the auto-brightness.
