• It does have a usb port, for charging and for connecting up to a computer, but its either a micro or a mini USB jack. Not a full size USB jack.

• The Tab 4, 10.1" does not have a USB port, but does have a Micro USB Port. There are USB "OTG" adapters that you can get. You may need additional apps to view some content.

• The Tab 4 has no USB ports. I suppose if you were willing to take the time you could transfer the movies to a micro SD card via a computer. You could then insert the SDcard and play video files. There is an adapter that would connect mini USB and USB 2.0: Samsung Galaxy TabPro S Multiport Adapter - White Frys#: 8995643 Model: EE-PW700BWEGUJ available for about $70 at Fry"s. But I have not tried this.
