• The Tab 4, 10.1" is an Android 7.1 tablet that supports several different browsers and internet security software. "Google Chrome" is one of them.

• You can install most anything on it, not sure why you'd want IE though, comes with Chrome. And yes works fine with Norton. Download Norton from the google playstore.

• Yes, you can install anti-virus software on this tablet. Google Chrome is pre-loaded on this, so you can use it as your browser.

• You can install most anything on it, not sure why your would want IE, but yes I am sure you can install it. It comes with Chrome. Any app that runs on an android should work on this tablet. Norton apps run just fine on it.
