I can't get speakers or mic to work on computer new out of box. Anyone else have this problem and how do I fix it?? I see a driver for Windows 8.1 but not 10 and I have 10. null

Before you update drivers, be sure your speakers are turned on. Go to Control Panel - Audio and check the settings there to be sure the speakers/microphone are turned on.
