I use windows movie maker regularly on this device, and it's great. I don't have/use adobe photoshop so can't comment on that program.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. With the high resolution screens, unforunately the pods/buttons for Adobe Photoshop are so tiny you can barely see them..this is an issue Adobe needs to fix. Because a Bible software I use has adobe as well, I can barely see the icons in the software.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it will, HOWEVER, might be a little slow performing any CPU-Intensive tasks within them.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.PhotoShop should work fine, but movie maker will make it crawl.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. This would run the full version of Photoshop and Movie Maker. *However, Photoshop will be slow, especially if you are using ANY other programs at the same time. (This gets extremely frustrating.) I would suggest getting a laptop with the i5 or i7 processor.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Assuming you have a Windows 8.1 compatible version, it should run any application. Swap files for editing movies and multi layer images can be quite large, so you may have a storage limitation imposed by your specific use of some applications. You'll also want to note that it doesn't have an optical drive, so installing software or burning the output will require additional devices.
