Does it come loaded with Windows 10 Update 1709? null

Yes it does. Of course today windows just released a new update but 1709 was installed when I first loaded this laptop up.

That will depend on the production date of the specific unit you purchase. This Windows 10 update, 1709 (Creator's Update) was released September 26, 2017. If the factory install of the operating system on the model you purchase was before this date, the 1709 update will be installed to the device at the time of initial activation of Windows 10.
