How come it does not have a cdrom null

The general trend in the industry is to move away from CD-ROMS. Paticularly on Ultrabook style laptops. It is increasingly difficult to find one on any newer laptop. You can easily find a cheap usb cd-rom drive however.

The Yoga 730-15 is an ultra portable configuration. There is no space for a built in CD/DVD drive. You can use an external CD/DVD drive by connecting the optical drive to a USB port on the computer.
