• This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. The maximum RAM this configuration can support is 16GB. There is 8GB soldered to the motherboard and there is one open memory slot. So your certified technician can add one 8GB stick in the open memory slot.
