To reconnect your lock with your phone, you’ll need to open the Level app and follow the prompts to re-pair your device. If you previously removed the lock from your app, select “Add a Device” and follow the on-screen instructions to add it again. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and that you’re near the lock during setup. If you need additional help, our support team will be happy to assist.
