Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there, Jae! Thank you for reaching out about your new MSER1590S microwave. We understand that a loud operating noise can be concerning. It's not uncommon for microwaves to produce some noise during operation, especially when the turntable is rotating or when it’s in the cooking phase. However, if the noise seems excessive, there are a few things you can check. Firstly, ensure that the microwave is placed on a flat, stable surface, as vibrations can amplify sound. You may access this link related to your concern: https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-microwave-troubleshooting-noises--20152329269153. Additionally, check that the turntable is correctly seated on the support and that nothing is obstructing it. If the noise persists and seems louder than usual, please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport so we can assist you further. We're here to help ensure your microwave operates smoothly! —Avril
