I needed a microwave with specific external dimensions to fit in the shelves of the kitchen. Most 2.0 Cu. Ft. microwaves are too large. I also wanted to make sure the interior was not too small. This model fit the bill (pun intended) and is quiet when operating. The interior is easier to keep clean than the standard white color. The unit was packaged well and my parents are adjusting to having a control panel that does not have numbers to enter. Overall, they are pleased with the gift. They have more internal space than their old microwave and their foods heats in less time.

This microwave is a bit different from what im used to as you are not granted the quick minutes set e.g. on other brand of microwave you can just press the number 1 on the pad and it’ll cook for 1 minute but this microwave is different as pressing numpad would be setting per digit time for example let say you wanted to microwave something for a minute on other microwave you would have to just press 1 and it’ll go but on this you would have to press 1 then 00 then start to get it not a dealbreaker for me just have to get used to it Sensor cook is surprisingly accurate but only applies to some certain food And it knows if there isn’t anyfood inside when you try to microwave but it is a door based detection rather actual food present

Great microwave for the price. I love the look of it and has been easy to operate so far. Only complaint and its very minimal is your finger prints show up very easily on it so you have to wipe it off constantly if you care about that.

I really like this microwave mainly because of the looks. Only gave 4 stars because the back panel rattled until I added some shelf grip liner between the two metal pieces.

Nice microwave heats well. Was not sure initially about lack of buttons but there is a little cheat sheet when you open the door to use in conjunction with the buttons. Also everyone loves the little chime when cycle is complete.

Great microwave that replaced my old Sharp microwave. Sleek design and love that the inside is gray and not white. Love how you can disable the safety lock. Highly recommend.

Great microwave, the heating is Amazing, really powerful for it's size. Didn't give it a 5, because of how the door opens. You have to simultaneously put front button plate w/ side button. I would totally recommend this microwave because of how powerful the heating is in short time frames

This is the best performing microwave I have had in years .. good quality product… as alll the lg appliances I have in the past 14 years have been outstanding

So far it works fine. Would like a easier to see keypad and start and stop buttons need some fine tuning! Overall it does a good job.

We love it. Nice large turntable, very big inside! Easy to use. Cooks fast :) Only one thing I wish it had, it needs a lighted control panel

DISAPPOINTED! My wife & I loved the 0.9 cu ft model; but wanted to upsize. This model does NOT have all the same features as our previous model: 1. Color/Finish: the ONLY thing stainless steel on this model is a small 1-1/2” band across the bottom front! 98% of the microwave is BLACK! It does NOT match all our other stainless steel appliances! 2. The “done” melody: our previous model played a wonderful melody letting you know the cooking was done. This model only has a quick 2-note tone. 3. 1-Touch Speed Start: This model does NOT have the quick 1, 2, 3, etc up to 9 minute quick start! It only has a 30-second quick start each time you press the start button (which the 0.9 cu ft model also had). Additionally, the 0.9 cu ft model had a sliding time bar where pressing the + button allowed you to add 10 seconds for each press, to your cook time. This model dosn’t have that feature!
