I’m not sure but most all window units over 14,000 btu normally are 220 volts. They even have some smaller units that are 220 plugs. Smaller btu units most are 110.plugs. The spec shows 220 volts but it shows plugs as a 110 but definitely not and typo error on their website. 220 volt plug 15 amps.

We understand your inquiry regarding the power cord for the LG 23,500 BTU DUAL Inverter Smart Window Air Conditioner. https://www.bestbuy.com/product/lg-23500-btu-dual-inverter-230v-smart-window-air-conditioner-white/J7G5655KSQ This specific high-capacity unit requires a 230/208V power source to operate efficiently, which is why it is equipped with a specialized 230V plug rather than a standard 115V cord.
