Yes, that information should be in your manual. I do not have any problems with dishes being unacceptable for me. I am very happy with my purchase. Take a look at your manual, you should have sufficient hot water for cleaning your dishes to perfection.

There is a local heating element in the unit, but will wear out faster by having to heat cold water every time. This will also reduce mineral buildup and shorten cycle time.
