It is inexpensive and comes in a small basket that attaches to the top dish/cup basket away from fan blade to give spot free dishes and silverware. Can be found in the dish wash section of grocery section, ask for help, if you are unable to locate product.

Q: Questionhow do I get the tines to stay in place on the bottom with my dinner plates? They keep falling down. Also there seems to be left over soap in the dis
Asked by shoppergal.
- A:Answer I place my heavier dinner plates in the back of the lower rack. I place salad plates, saucers, bowls in the front part of the lower rack. I don't experience the problem you mentioned. I don't experience soap residue, I use the normal recommended liquid rinse, but I also use "Jet Dry Finish" it comes in a small basket that hangs from the upper rack out of any interference with the blade fan rotation. Sold 2 baskets per packaging box, inexpensive also. I am very happy with the performance of my very quite dishwasher and I am glad I made the decision. Good luck with your decision, too.

- A:Answer Yes, that information should be in your manual. I do not have any problems with dishes being unacceptable for me. I am very happy with my purchase. Take a look at your manual, you should have sufficient hot water for cleaning your dishes to perfection.
