QuestionCan a 2020 version of this model work with the Xfinity Stream Beta app? Spent over an hour tonight with Xfinity trying to troubleshoot after unwatchable championship football games yesterday. Was told app possibly only works with pre 2020 units?

- Answer This TV has pre-installed apps Google Play Movies & TV, Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video, SHOWTIME, STARZ, Spotify and YouTube. The TV does not have the capability to download and install apps from the LG Content Store. ^Daphane

QuestionWhen I turn my tv on it goes immediately to Live TV and static. I cannot get any live channels. I would rather remove this if I cannot get live tv. I have Hulu Live but it takes a minute to get to the home screen and select Hulu, so I have noisy static?

- Answer Just discussed with LG support yesterday. Hit top right button on remote (looks like a power plug), select all inputs and choose something like HDMI1 or an input that isn’t being used. That will bypass the factory setting.
