“Was the fridge supposed to come with a tray to catch stray drips and melting ice? Normally fridges (and even Keurigs) come with a tray. I've had issues with water spilling over off the small shelf under the dispenser since there's no tray.”

• ours did not - we asked about that when we looked at it - they said they removed it from previous models.
