the description says the height is the same with or without the stand, the height is 15.+. is there a stand,can it be removed. My upper cabinets are exactly 15", so unless the base is removable or the height is under 15", I can't use it.What is countertop null

Hello, this TV does not have a stand ... the bottom of the TV is wider and servers as the stand so the total height is 15 inches total.....I am a fan of  LG Tv's the  LG WEBOS operating system.

There is no stand. The case itself is wedge-shaped so it stands on its own. It is perfect for countertops.

There is no actual stand.  The base of the TV is wedge-shaped and wider so that it can stand on its own.

There is no stand, it is just a broader base so it stands on its own. There is no stand to attach.
It measures 15 1/2 inches high from top to bottom so it will not fit.
