Hi Bev. Please pardon us but we are not clear on if you are inquiring about the Pullout drawer or CustomChill™ Drawer for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG Door-in-Door® 29.9 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water - Stainless Steel, Model # LMXS30776S. You should be able to pull either drawer out and then lifting it up slightly to remove the drawers from the refrigerator, much like removing the drawers on a chest cabinet.
