Does your normal tap water taste better? If it does you may want a plumber to come out and look at the line for the water to your fridge it may be corroded and need to be replaced. If your tap water doesn't taste any better you may need to look into a whole house filtration unit. We have a whole house soft water filtration system as our water is very hard in our area and then the filter on the fridge as well and our water tastes amazing. If those aren't the issues I would contact best buy immediately as this should be covered under the warranty.
