A:AnswerI have 2 of these sounds bars and I'm very happy with them. Relative to you question, the sound bar does come with mounting brackets which can be used to mount them on the wall. However, mounting under your TV, I'm not aware of that ability but, there are screw holes for the feet that support your TV if you were to have it on a flat surface. Maybe, you could get creative and try to mount the sound bar to those screw holes. Seeings how you are not going to use them anyway.
