“I bought the SN6Y and hooked it up to my Hisense Roku 4K TV with an HDMI cable using my TV's ARC port. But, the sound bar only works a few seconds and then cuts out. If I unplug/replug the HDMI, it works for a few seconds again. Optical cable works fine.”

• Is your input hdmi? Had to do the hdmi in and out of the SN6Y to get mine to work
