Not sure but the time required to do a cycle depends on the load size, fabric type, and setting you use. If you do a large load of cotton, it could take 2.5-3 hours. I use the "damp" dry setting for drying and I find that the clothes are still dry 90% of the time. If they are slightly damp, I can give them a quick shake out coming out of the unit and they dry instantly. One of the big advantages is there is no switching of the loads from washer to dryer with this unit. Using a conventional washer and dryer, we found the load in the washer would sit for an extended period of time as we either forgot to switch it or we were away. So for us, the time difference was not a factor. And we have four in our household.
